1. The information filled in by the Service Provider and the Client including Beneficiary details are secured and are not leaked to any third party for any commercial or non-commercial value or use by third party.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect information about you directly from you. This information may be sought through our website, by your signing up either as Service Provider/ Client / Beneficiary. To register, you must provide your name, address, email address, login and password. We may also request from you or allow you to update or provide additional optional information. The personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, date of birth, PIN code, telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers, Email ID.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

We accept the registration fees from the Service Provider and the Client. These are nominal charges we collect and process the information to be searched by the other people interested in such service. Once registered, the amount is not refunded for any reason.

4. We keep the data of the registered Service Providers, Clients and the Beneficiaries to perform services by us or by our team on our behalf to send direct mails, greetings, making phone calls, and others. However, we do not have complete control over the registered users involved or third parties coming in contact with the registered users, we cannot guarantee your privacy. In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law, (ii) in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, or (iv) to our affiliates or subsidiaries

5. Service Provider/Client /Beneficiary/supervisor (in case of dependent beneficiary) should take care and precaution as each one is expected in any situation. Team SahiConnects is not responsible nor get involved in any untoward happenings or damage in any form to the person/s or property involved in the service. Further course of recovery or dispute etc are not in the purview of the support by SahiConnects.

6. Each party involved should check the identity of the other which in the website is registered, ie. Aadhar Card and any other ID proof (if representing any organisation).

7. The service quality, puntuality, etiquettes, behaviour, etc are very individualistic. All parties involved are are believed to be behaving normal. If any kind of doubt arises, the matter should be solved between the parties involved.

8. Team SahiConnects will not interfere in money matters or settlements of payments between the parties involved in the service. We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to direct the BUYER to use personal information you have provided through this Site in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

9. The management team exercise its right to cancel registration of service provider in case of undesirable service.

10. We preserve the right to update our policy time to time and the same will be available in our website anytime.
