1. Service Provider should always carry Identity Proof mentioned in the profile. Similarly, the Client also should adhere to the identity for whom the service is required.

2. There should not be any impersonation of either Service Provider or the Client or the Beneficiary. In case it happens, both parties can take any action as suitable against each other. SAHIConnect team is not responsible for such actions of either party.

3. This website is a resource centre of such people who wish to serve and are looking for opportunities. The services may be voluntary or paid.

4. Registration by Client is compulsory to get connected to those who look for such people who will serve them.

5. The services offered by the Service Provider should be mentioned as either PAID Services or VOLUNTARY Services and the scope of service as described in the profile. Service Provider should also be provided with transportation charges by reasonable mode to commute.

6. The Client should check the suitability of the Service Provider before appointing him/her.

7. The role of the website SAHIConnect is only to provide the Personal Profile and Detailed Service Profile as being filled and updated by the Service Provider.

8. The Service Provider, both should be of sound mind and should fill the profile and undertake to behave mindfully during the serving period.

9. The website or the developers or the office of Kou-Chan do not conduct verification of any kind about the Service Provider or the Client.

10. Payment terms should be negotiated and agreed between the Service Provider and the Client. SAHIConnect team does not play any role or support any kind of dispute between the parties.
